Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus, went through the Roman world starting churches. He stopped in one particular place, Philippi, in order to preach the good news of Christ—that Jesus died and rose again for all of us. In doing so, he formed a church out of a disparate group of people who learned to be in community together with Christ as their focus. Listen to this sermon and consider how important the church is, and just how important those people who have helped you along the way are.
